Retirement Plans
At Cobham Mission Systems, there are two ways to save for retirement – both of which are substantially funded by the company.

  • 401(k) Cobham contributes 50% on the first 10% deposited by the employee. The plan has many attractive features:

  • Cash Balance Retirement Cobham fully funds a retirement account based on a service-weighted calculation.

Administration and Support Services
The 401(k) and Retirement savings plans are administered by the Alliance Benefit Group (ABG). ABG administers plans for over 500,000 participants nation-wide. ABG guarantees quarter-end statements within 10 days of the conclusion of the quarter and offers both web-based and call center support.

Edward Jones Investments provides financial education at no cost to employees. Employees learn about investing through an ongoing series of “Lunch and Learns” and also have the opportunity to meet privately with an Investment Representative at any one of 15 local Edward Jones offices.
