LC1060 Linear Cryocooler (1.5 Watt)

The LC1060 1.5 watt linear cryocooler is qualified to the requirements of U.S. Army specifications PRF-A3271990 and Lockheed Martin SADA I integrated detector cooler assembly requirements. The newest member of the U.S. Army’s SADA cryocooler family, the 1.5 watt cryocooler design includes an internally mounted electronic controller with built-in temperature control and EMI filtering. The difference between a standard Carleton 1.5 watt and a SADA I 1.5 watt cryocooler is the weight and center of gravity compensated length.

Applications:

U.S. Army Airborne Platforms - AH-64 Apache (Pilotage and Targeting IR Systems). Carleton Life Support’s standard 1.5 Watt Cryocooler is compatible with any IR System that utilizes a standard SADA .5 inch diameter coldfinger.
