OC1132 Oxygen Concentrator

The OC1132 Oxygen Concentrator is a high performance On-Board Oxygen Generating System (OBOGS) Concentrator for single and dual seat aircraft. This high performance concentrator accommodates a wide range of applications including low inlet air pressures. An integral oxygen monitor/controller utilizes a current-limiting zirconia oxygen sensor that does not require a reference gas or periodic calibration. Comprehensive built-in-tests (BIT) provide self-testing of the oxygen monitor and eliminates the need for all organizational-level support equipment. A broad range of optional electrical and pneumatic inputs and outputs are available. This design is readily adaptable to meet all applications and is included on Brazilian ALX, Super Tucano, A-1M (AMX), Turbo DC-3, PC9, JPATS T-6A, and T-50 aircraft.

Features:

  • Unlimited aviator grade oxygen supply.
  • Predicted MTBF over 14,000 hours.
  • Simplified fault isolation through built-in-test.
  • No “O-level” support equipment required.
  • Integral coalescent/particle filter.
  • Product for right or left exit.
  • Low life cycle costs.
