OR0079 Oxygen Regulator

The seat-mounted regulator is OBOGS compatible with a toggle position for concentrator BIT and low inlet pressures between 2 and 30 psig. Toggle positions also include On/Off and Test Mask. An electronic flow indicator switch is provided that will give an electrical indication of oxygen flow. Automatic Pressure breathing is provided from 34,000 to 52,000 feet using an aneroid mechanism that increases outlet pressure from 0.5 to 21.5 inches of water. Additionally, an integral Antisuffocation Valve is designed into the regulator outlet that will allow ambient air flow until inlet gas pressure reaches 2 psig. The design service life of the seat-mounted regulator is 30,000 hours. Originally designed for mating with OBOGS concentrator 3261132 and 3261163. This regulator is used on the Embraer AL-X, Super Tucano, F-5BR and A-1M (AMX).
