OR29261 Oxygen Regulator

This automatic diluter-demand pressure breathing oxygen regulator is a lighted panel instrument designed for use by aircraft crew members during high altitude flight. The unit, manufactured to Boeing Specification No. 7643694 for use on the DC-9, MD-80, and MD-90 commercial aircraft, is a derivative of the Life Support 29255 regulator. Life Support has been granted Part Manufacturers Approval (PMA) by the FAA for this unit.

Features:
  • Integrally illuminated panel per Boeing specification no. 7912571.
  • Quick disconnect “pigmy” electrical connectors for panel light.
  • Utilization of a pin assembly to prevent inadvertent actuation of emergency toggle.
  • Integral relief valve relieves excess pressure build-up at outlet.
  • Flow indicator provides indication of oxygen flow with each breath.
  • Automatic safety and positive pressure feature which at 27,000 feet and above automatically increases the regulator outlet pressure from 1 to 9 inches of water, depending on cabin altitude.
