SE0230 Support Equipment - Regulator Test Stand

The regulator test stand has been designed to perform depot level functional tests on all regulators including the CRU-73/A, CRU-93/A and CRU-98/A oxygen regulators. It includes testing capabilities for the positive pressure breathing as a function of acceleration (PBG) function.

Features

Adaptable for most fielded breathing regulators.
Provides adjustable, regulated, inlet air source to the unit under test (UUT).
Supplies electrical power to the UUT.
Capable of:
- Controlling and measuring the UUT outlet flowrate.
- Determining the oxygen concentration at the UUT outlet.
- Supplying and measuring the PBG inlet pressure delivered to the UUT.
- Measuring the UUT outlet response to the PBGinlet pressure delivered to the UUT.
- Measuring leakage into and out of the UUT.
- Automatically corrects flow and pressure signals before the signals are displayed, eliminating the need for correction tables.
- Provides a means for altitude simulation.
- Incorporates the latest PBG oxygen regulator field tester technology.
- Provides hard copy output by an X-Y recorder.
