SE0232 Support Equipment - Inlet Valve Test Stand

The inlet valve sub-assembly test stand is an electro-pneumatic system that provides and measures pressures and flows. It is designed for manual operation at depot level maintenance for use on 29255, 29261, 29270 (CRU-73/A), 3260060 (CRU-93/A), and 3260050 (CRU-98/A) Life Support oxygen regulators.

The following functional and performance tests can be performed:

Inlet Valve Tests:

Leak tests (high and low pressure).
Reduced pressure tests.
Proof pressure tests (CRU-98/A inlet valve only).

PBG Module Tests:

Valve seat assembly leakage test.
Diaphragm leakage test.

Features:

Provides adjustable, regulated nitrogen and air sources to the unit under test (UUT).
Capable of:
Controlling and measuring the UUT outlet flowrate and pressure.
- Performing proof pressure tests on the inlet valve assemblies and PBG modulating valve assemblies.
- Performing leak tests on the inlet valve assemblies and PBG modulating valve assemblies.
Includes interface adapters for use with different UUT’s.
