SE1270 Support Equipment - Concentrator Test Stand

This molecular sieve oxygen concentrator test stand is an electro-pneumatic system that provides and measures pressures and flows. It is designed to perform depot level functional tests and aid in fault isolation procedures. This test stand was originally designed for use on the F-15E MSOGS Concentrator. It is adaptable for use on all OBOGS concentrators including the entire family of Life Support concentrators, including, Harrier, Slimline^TM, Slimline^TM V, and LITOCS I. This test stand is used in the depot level testing of oxygen concentrator models OC1009, OC1077, OC1093, OC1124, OC1132 and OC1163.

The following functional and performance tests can be performed:

Proof Pressure Tests:
- Inlet proof test.
- Exhaust proof test and relief valve test.
- Outlet proof test.
Concentrator tests without the monitor/controller:
- Inlet valve leakage and drain line operation test.
- Booster pump operation.
- Output oxygen concentration test.
Functional Tests:
- Inlet valve leakage and drain line operation test.
- Power-up-bit.
- Booster pump operation.
- Back-up oxygen system (BOS) activation.
- Initiated Bit.
- BOS storage.
- Output oxygen concentration test.
