TTU-520A/E Aircraft Oxygen System (AOS) Test Set

The TTU-520A/E AOS test set is a self-contained portable testing unit with attachments required for functional testing and adjustment of an on board molecular sieve aircraft oxygen system, excluding the oxygen regulator, in the aircraft cockpit at the organizational maintenance level.

The AOS test set is used to measure the oxygen concentration of the product gas from a concentrator at high or low flow rates. It measures the analog output voltage from the aircraft oxygen monitor and converts that value to indicate oxygen partial pressure. It measures and indicates product gas delivery pressure from the concentrator and verifies the proper operation of oxygen monitor warning signal circuit and the continuity of the aircraft oxygen monitor heater circuit (CRU-83/A and CRU-91/A). This test set is used in the testing of oxygen concentrator models OC1009 and OC1077.

Features:

  • Portable.
  • Solid State Monitoring.
  • Organizational Level Use.
  • Checks solid state monitoring (CRU-99/A) and polargraphic monitors.
